In Each Drop

No matter how much we roam,

Through valleys green and hills of chrome,

In search of flavors, bold and new,

An odyssey of tastes, under skies so blue.

For every bottle that we unseal,

And every glass that makes us feel,

There's a story untold of barley and vine,

A journey through time, with whiskey, beer, and wine.

From the rugged coasts where the wild waves crash,

To the tranquil fields, our spirits mash.

Each sip, a step on paths untread,

With Saint Patrick's spirit, our hearts are led.

In taverns old and cellars deep,

Our quest for the untasted, a vow we keep.

For in each drop, there's a tale of the land,

Crafted with care, by skilled hands.

So here's to the journey, may it never end,

With each new taste, like an old friend.

For as long as there's more to discover and try,

The spirit of St. Patrick's Day will never die.
